Die weiten Freiflächen im Innen- und Außenbereich ermöglichen die Gestaltung verschiedener Arten von Veranstaltungen: Meetings, Teambuilding, Incentives, Hochzeiten, Partys und Galas, Golferlebnisse und Golfkliniken, Testfahrten, Produktpräsentationen und Instore Day, Vernissage und anpassbar Bereiche . Die große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick über den Golfplatz ist ideal für Aperitifs im Frühling und Sommer. Die vier zur Verfügung stehenden Räume, die jeweils unterschiedlich zugänglich sind, sind mit modernster technischer Ausstattung für Videokonferenzen und Meetings ausgestattet. Insbesondere sind die Räume ausgestattet mit: Sesseln und Stühlen, Projektionsleinwand (2 x 2,20 Meter), Projektor, PC, Wi-Fi, Deckenplatten, Audiosystem mit 2 drahtlosen und 1 kabelgebundenen Mikrofonen. L'ambiente trasmette l'eleganza dello stile italiano e la passione per l'enogastronomia con una ristorazione di qualità ecosostenibile che permette di soddisfare ogni esigenza grazie al talento dei giovani chef di "La Montecchia" e "Montecchia Green". Le quattro sale, fruibili con modalità differenti, sono dotate delle più attuali  attrezzature tecniche per videoconferenze e meeting: poltroncine e sedie, schermo per proiezione (2 metri x 2,20), videoproiettore, pc, wi-fi, lavagna a foglie mobili, impianto audio con 2 radiomicrofoni e 1 microfono a filo.
