It was once part of the properties of the Emo Capodilista Counts, which include an ancient castle, a splendid Renaissance villa and an ancient farm renowned for the production of wines of great value. Obtained from an old tobacco dryer, skilfully renovated, it offers members and visitors large spaces and numerous services that can be easily used thanks to the new ring road, which guarantees a quick connection with the city center and with all the toll booths.

The ground floor stands beside two large putting greens, the driving range and the swimming pool. It houses the clubhouse reception and offices, as well as the changing rooms for members and guests, the "Montecchia Green" bar & restaurant and the pro shop by Chervo'.

On the mezzanine and first floor are the Restaurant "La Montecchia" and the meeting rooms. The latter are unique in their kind as a result of excellent restoration works, which maintained unaltered the ancient supporting structure of the building.
From the terrace of the restaurant, which overlooks the putting green, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets, which frame the Euganean Hills and the Garda Alps.
